Deposit limits
You can set a maximum amount of money that can be deposited into your account on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once this limit is reached, the system will automatically block further deposits until the selected period expires.
Loss limits
To avoid unforeseen financial impacts, you have the option to set a maximum loss limit within a specific timeframe. Once the set threshold is reached, you will not be able to make further transactions that could increase losses for that period.
Session limits and time warnings
We offer the ability to limit the time spent on the platform. You can set time reminders ("reality checks") that will appear on your screen to notify you how long you have been logged in, helping you make informed decisions about your breaks.
Time-out periods
If you feel the need to step away temporarily, you can activate a short-term suspension of your account (from 24 hours to several weeks). During this period, access will be denied to you.
Self-exclusion and account closure
In cases where entertainment turns into a problem, we offer the tool of definitive or long-term self-exclusion. By activating this option, your profile will be blocked, you will be removed from our marketing lists, and you will not be able to reopen the account until the agreed term expires, or permanently.
